What You'll Do
✨ Welcome and check guests in and out with a friendly, professional attitude
✨ Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
✨ Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
✨ Assign rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
✨ Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
✨ Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure an exceptional guest experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
✔ Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
✔ Reliable, punctual, and professional
✔ Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software
✔ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
