Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our tile installation team. This position involves physically demanding work supporting tile installers on job sites across the country. You’ll be responsible for carrying materials, preparing work areas, mixing and shoveling sand and cement, and assisting with installation tasks as directed by the lead installer.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and handle tile, sand, cement, and other construction materials.
- Mix sand, cement, and mortar according to specifications.
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, safe job sites.
- Assist tile installers with layout, setup, and installation.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Travel to job sites nationwide and work extended hours as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, masonry, or tile installation preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work long hours in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
