Good Neighbor is seeking friendly and motivated Café Crew Members to support daily café operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will assist with beverage preparation, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages
- Greet customers and take orders professionally
- Operate POS system and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of café counters, seating areas, and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous café or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
