About the Position
Koss Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our growing team. This position focuses on high-quality cleaning for residential homes, commercial properties, apartment turnovers, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and enjoys transforming spaces. If you are reliable, self-motivated, and believe "good enough" isn't good enough, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Complete apartment and rental unit turnovers
- Move-in and move-out cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
- Clean appliances, cabinets, baseboards, windows (interior), doors, and trim
- Remove trash and prepare units for new occupants
- Report maintenance concerns or damages noticed during cleaning
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow company quality standards and cleaning checklists
- Work independently while maintaining excellent communication
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, hotel, or apartment turnovers)
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
