We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Operations, Purchasing & Customer Support Coordinator to support a variety of business functions in our fast-paced life sciences manufacturing environment. This is a true "wear many hats" role where you'll assist with procurement, shipping and logistics, customer support, accounting, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and purchasing activities for production, office, and R&D materials
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping and logistics
- Process customer orders, quotations, and provide sales support
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and other accounting tasks
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational records using ERP systems
- Support general office operations and company-wide projects
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of procurement, purchasing, logistics, or operations experience
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Accounting or customer support experience is a plus
