Develop the Integrated Schedule

Engage with Subject Matter Experts within Design and Construction (D&C), Facility Engineering (FE), Permitting & AR to acquire, consolidate and integrate existing schedules and determine key interdependencies to understand and make visible the impact of changes across the Business Unit (BU)

Develop procedures for efficient data entry into the scheduling function
Maintaining the Primavera Integrated Schedule

Maintain interface with IT support and Primavera user network
-
Organizes and maintains planning / scheduling documentation, provide timely reports and perform sensitivity analysis on the schedule to assist in decision-making for plan changes

Formulate solutions for optimizing resource utilization for irregularities in schedule progress

Develop and apply understandings for resource constraints within the suite of resources being tracked on the integrated schedule

Analyze and critique project execution schedules to provide assurance of their accuracy

Facilitate schedule planning sessions with D&C and FE teams

Ensure application of standardized Planning & Scheduling work processes
Project Controls (PC)

Work with PC analysts to support project cost reporting
Reporting

Incorporate Primavera reporting features that meet customer requirements

Perform QA/QC on schedule outputs and publish schedules in line with customer and BU requirements
