Job Summary:
This position is for part time janitorial cleaners. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaners to operate independently at a community club Monday - Friday from 5:00a-8:30a. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Depending on the role, employment may be contingent upon completion of a criminal back check.
Daily Duties
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout common areas, hallways, stairwells, lounges, kitchens, bars, offices, elevators, and event spaces
- Empty and reline trash, recycle, and compost bins
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, toilets, counters, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
- Clean glass doors, elevator buttons, handles, and countertops
- Restock paper products and soap supplies
- Dust and wipe tables, desks, counters, and shared surfaces
Weekly Duties
- Dust windowsills, picture frames, railings, and office surfaces
- Clean baseboards, corners, edges, and partition walls
- Spot clean walls and sanitize common touchpoints
Monthly / As-Needed Duties
- Deep clean baseboards and walls
- Maintain banquet, bridal, and seasonal event spaces
- Provide additional cleaning support for high-traffic or seasonal areas as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable employee, who will consistently show up on time and when scheduled
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work fast
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
