Key Responsibilities

Check each plate for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it reaches the guest.

Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and runners to ensure efficient food flow.

Coordinate ticket times and manage the flow of orders during peak rushes.

Garnish and finalize plates to match restaurant standards.

Organize food on trays for runners and assist with table delivery when needed.

Support the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, timely service.

Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo line and pass-through window.
Requirements

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Strong communicator capable of serving as the go-between for kitchen and service staff.

Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Previous experience as a food runner, expo, or in a kitchen/FOH support role preferred.

Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Team player with a positive, guest-first attitude.
