- School-based consultation and behavioral support
- Dedicated consultation roles with no RBT supervision

What You'll Do
- Conduct FBAs and develop behavior support plans
- Partner with schools, families, and community stakeholders
- Provide consultation, coaching, and behavioral skills training
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educators
- Support meaningful outcomes for students across school, clinic, and home settings
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) through WA state
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- School-based experience preferred
- Passion for collaboration, consultation, and making a lasting impact
