Summary
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team at this Catch Air store In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for our young guests and their families. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation as a leader in children's indoor entertainment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children and families.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high operational standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special activities effectively.
- Responsible for all HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee terminations.
Experience:
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong team management skills with a focus on employee development and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and partners.
- Experience with POS systems and financial management is preferred.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families.
- 3+ years in a senior management position.
