Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Build cocktails according to provided specs
- Work alongside bar lead to ensure all prep is done in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders
- Handle transactions, operate POS devices, and process payments
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergies, details, specials, and promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
