Oversee retail sales operations across North Yard, South Yard, and Lincoln Yard locations.

Manage and support counter staff and the dispatch office, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service in a timely and professional manner.

Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

Determine product pricing and manage inventory at each location.

Prepare and manage budgets, including approving expenditures.

Direct and coordinate activities related to the sales of manufactured products.

Advise customers on equipment needs and recommend appropriate products.

Train, coach, and motivate sales counter staff to achieve performance goals.

Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, including OSHA standards.

Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.

Experience in sales, inventory management, and customer service required.

Previous experience managing and training staff required.

Familiarity with vehicle parts and disassembly processes preferred.
