We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! Duties
- Engage with clients through outbound calls, telemarketing, and in-person interactions to identify their insurance needs and present tailored solutions
- Assist customers in understanding their coverage options for property and casualty insurance products
- Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to secure the best outcomes for clients while aligning with company guidelines
- Manage client accounts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities
- Conduct sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and benefits administration
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and ongoing support
- Stay current on insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate information
Requirements
- Valid license for selling insurance products in relevant jurisdictions; active licensing in property and casualty insurance
- Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis capabilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable policies
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
