Everyday Responsibilities
- Support seniors with essential personal care, including bathing, grooming, and safe mobility transfers.
- Deliver engaging conversation and meaningful companionship to promote client well-being.
- Assist with basic household management, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning.
- Help clients stay independent by driving them to medical appointments and local grocery stores.
- Maintain high standards of care by following the personalized care plan outlined for each home.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State (NYS) PCA or HHA certification
- Legal authorization to work within the United States.
- Reliable means of transportation either private or public to guarantee punctual arrival
- Up-to-date medical clearances: Physical within the past year, MMR records, and current PPD/QuantiFERON screening.
- Clear, effective English communication skills.
- A naturally patient, trustworthy, and compassionate heart for senior care.
