Personnel Placements, LLC is seeking experienced Fabricator/Fitters to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and work well in a team environment. Candidates will be required to pass a weld test as part of the selection process.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Fit and assemble metal parts prior to welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous welding and fitting experience required
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed
- Ability to pass a tape measure test (1/16 inch)
