Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality aesthetic services including laser treatments, body contouring treatments and assisting the physician in the room with patients.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Educate clients on skincare products and routines, utilizing knowledge of color theory and skin types.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional hospitality and guest services.
- Comfortable with dropbox and utilizing google sheets, google docs, google calendar and processing sales transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the aesthetic field through continuous education and training.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with various aesthetic treatments including laser and body contouring.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and building rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques related to skincare products and services is advantageous.
- Certification or licensure as required by state regulations for practicing aesthetics.
