Our boutique Title Company in Altamonte Springs, FL, is seeking a Title Processor / Closer / Paralegal. We are a full-service title & settlement company serving real estate companies and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. The Title Processor is responsible for:
- Working closely with realtors, mortgage lenders/brokers, builders, buyer/sellers.
- Receive and review residential & commercial real estate contracts & documents.
- Prepare title commitments, HUD/ALTA Statements and other documents related to closing.
- Ordering payoff statements, homeowners association estoppel letters, surveys.
- Working closely with Closing Teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time closing demands.
- Checking documents for accuracy.
- Ability to facilitate closings for buyers/sellers is a plus.
- Experience in Post-Closing activities is a plus.
Service Requirements:
- We are looking for an experienced, energetic, detail orientated and self-motivated person with strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills, and a desire to find solutions to help customers have a positive experience closing their real estate transactions.
- Must create a positive image of the company through a professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers.
- Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established.
- Residential business development in Central Florida and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary plus Performance Based Commission

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years real estate title experience.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required, A.A. is preferred.
- Resident Title Insurance License is a plus.
- Strong software skills & MS Office proficiency is required.
- Florida Notary Commission will be required if not already appointed.
- One to three years of real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the Title Insurance Industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Background check will be conducted.
