We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor/Writer for our high volume service department
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive service repairs.
Duties include (but not limited to):
*Greeting customers upon arrival
*Gather customer information
*Communicate with service Technicians
*Ability to sell needed maintenance in an honest, ethical and professional manner
Required Skills:
*Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume customer facing role
*Excellent customer service skills
*Excellent verbal and written skills
*Desire to build lasting relationships with each customer
*Ability to stay organized in a high volume environment
*Preferred candidate will have Dealership experience
