You will oversee the program associated with our global digital transformation efforts and ensure coordination across projects. Working with the Member Platform Committee (MPC) and the Director – Digital Product Management, you will ensure projects align with our strategic goals and meet the required criteria. You will ensure delivery through Agile practices, change management and partner engagement. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and use a Hybrid work schedule. You will line manage a Project Manager.
You Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field

8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years' experience as a project manager or program manager for a major global digital transformation project

Experience managing teams and managing third-party vendor delivery of digital transformation programs.

PMP or Prince2 or equivalent qualification

Experience using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and leading development programs using both Agile and Waterfall

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $105k - $130k
