JOB DESCRIPTION
E-Commerce/order processing/cs
Position: Full time
Hours: 8:30-5:00 (Mon-Fri)
Salary depends on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist E-commerce Manager with daily duties and answering phones
-Order processing, PO, SO, picking, and QC and shipping
-Assist customers via calls and emails regarding, sales campaigns, placing orders, order confirmation, product & promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc.
-Processing returns, RA, Credit Memos
-Keeping CS logs up to date and accurate
-Following up with customer and order related concerns in a timely manner
-Product uploads to Shopify, Faire, Fashion Go, SHEIN, Amazon, Tiktok Shop
-Sample returns, production assistance such as tagging, helping spec, or packaging
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills and be able to multi-task efficiently.
-Experience with N41, FashionGo, Faire, Shopify-Experience with fashion wholesale
-Knowledge and use of basic computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google docs, etc
-Sales experience with whatsapp customers
-Must have prior experience working in E-commerce/customer service
-Must be able to walk, bend, carry and lift up to 40lbs
