Credit Services of America Inc. is looking for a positive, enthusiastic and energetic Bilingual Credit Consultant Assistant to assist our current clients and consultants. We are looking for someone that fits well into our organization. This individual should be timely, have an excellent work ethic, reliable, team player, relentless, goal oriented, customer service and sales experience with proven results.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform collection calls, customer service calls and prospect.
- Meet deadlines, and stay organized
- Attention to detail and data entry
- Must be able to work under pressure and stressful situations
- Must take initiative and want to help our clients and be a team player
- Must be able to achieve goals and abide by policies and procedures
- Take care of inquiries, be a self-starter and a closer

Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer service
- Call center experience
- Successful candidate must pass evaluations
- Credit or Loan experience a plus but not required
