Hiring for 1st, 2nd and 4th shift
Expert staffing agency, Total Presence Management, is looking for Medical Device Assemblers to join a World-Class Manufacturing Company at their facility located in Flagstaff (86005).
Responsibilities Include:
- Working in a controlled/clean room environment while wearing clean room garments
- Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment for medical device assembly
- Performing HAND ASSEMBLY and visual inspection
- Ability to perform hand intensive, repetitive assembly of product(s) (e.g., pinching, gripping, holding)
- Using measuring equipment
- Data Entry
- Ability to follow SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Ability to work independently and within a team as needed
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
- Safety Oriented
- Strong communication skills
Requirements:
- 1 year of solid work history with the same company (Full-Time 30-40 Hours)
Must be able to pass Urinalysis Drug Screen, National Criminal Background and Visual Acuity assessment test including 20/20, Binocular, and Color with or without corrective vision
First week will be training on 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. then you will train for 4-5 weeks on 1st shift then move to desired shift
1st Shift- Monday-Thursday 4am-2:30pm
2nd shift- Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30am
4th Shift - Friday - Sunday 6am to 6:30pm
1st shift $19 and $20 an hour for 2nd shift and $21 an hour 4th shifts with first week of training at $19 an hour.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
