Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and solution-oriented Regional Enlistment Officer to lead our local talent development, staffing execution, and on-site event deployment. In this role, you will recruit and nurture a high-performing field team, seamlessly manage client staffing orders, and ensure flawless execution on event day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Recruitment & Roster Development
- Maintain a prepared, motivated, and highly qualified local talent roster.
- Screen, enlist, train, advise, and discharge staff to uphold team quality standards.
- Host and execute local talent development and R&D events.
- Work live events to identify growth opportunities and mentor talent.
2. Staffing Order Management & Logistics
- Promptly receive, acknowledge, and process incoming client orders.
- Thoroughly input event details, directions, and logistically sound instructions.
- Assess, book, and secure necessary peripherals for each event.
- Forecast staffing needs to ensure optimal availability based on skill set, client preferences, promotional/fashion criteria, and order volume.
- Assign and confirm staff promptly with foresight and strategic planning.
- Consult on local orders assigned to other Staffing Officers (SOs).
3. On-Site Event Execution & Dispatch
- Deploy events, dispatch staff, and manage day-of/next-day event operations.
- Work live assignments alongside field leaders to develop talent and leadership on-site.
- Ensure all field leaders and staff are fully briefed, prepared, and on point.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues, manage late arrivals, handle talent transfers, and assign backups.
- Proactively issue staff reminders and personally deliver missing items or uniform pieces as needed.
4. Team Leadership & Communication
- Model exceptional communication with all staff in a clear, motivating, and professional manner.
- Maintain a solution-oriented, positive approach during high-pressure situations.
- Uphold a culture of mutual respect and empathy across all teams.

- Proven background in event operations, talent management, or high-volume staffing.
- Strong organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail and logistical planning.
- Resourceful problem-solver capable of managing dynamic, fast-moving situations on-site.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
