Important Information
This position is for our brand-new Franklin Township location opening in August 2026. All new hires will complete training at our Greenwood location (49 Mercator Dr., Greenwood, IN 46143) before transferring to the Southport Road location upon opening.
What You'll Do- Welcome & wow guests.
Confidently explain wash options, recommend memberships and upgrades, process payments, and guide vehicles onto the track. You'll be measured on performance and have the opportunity to earn commission based on results.
Run & maintain equipment.
Activate controls, pre-spray extra-dirty vehicles, and spot-check every car for safety and quality.
Keep the site sharp.
Unclog vacuums, tidy bays, empty trash, and complete light equipment maintenance. We move fast and take pride in a clean operation.
Own the numbers.
Track your daily performance, manage your cash drawer accurately, and compete with your team to beat store goals.
Lead by example.
Show urgency, follow safety procedures, and jump in wherever teammates need help.
Schedule at a Glance
- Five 8-hour shifts each week (weekends included)
- Core shifts: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- This is a high-energy, fast-paced outdoor role year-round
