Las Vegas Pool Bros is looking for a Pool Technician to join our team!. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools and hot tubs to ensure they are safe, clean, and ready for use. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters. Industry experience is highly preferred, but not required. We will provide all necessary training, a company truck, a gas card, and all necessary equipment and supplies.
This position will start as part time position at $20/hr and quickly turn into a salaried position with benefits starting at 40k with a rapid pay raise schedule and opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on swimming pools and hot tubs, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate with customers regarding maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to learn and apply technical skills related to pool maintenance and repair.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record in last 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments.
