Kennedy Violins
Kennedy Violins is looking for a friendly, music-loving person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). IMPORTANT: For consideration, candidates must play one of the following instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello.
This is a full-time, customer-facing position in our showroom, helping students, parents, teachers, and musicians find the right instruments and feel welcomed the moment they walk through the door. What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
- Help schedule music lessons and customer appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Assist customers with instrument rentals and sales
- Help troubleshoot basic product questions over the phone
- Support students and musicians with friendly, knowledgeable service
- Help keep the showroom organized and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
- Must play one of the following: Violin, Viola, or Cello
- Comfortable using Mac OS
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Someone who is flexible, dependable, and eager to learn
- A team player who enjoys working with musicians and families
- Ability to accept feedback and continue growing in the role
Pay & Benefits
- Base pay starts at $20/hour plus commission
- Average expected compensation is approximately $25/hour including commission
- Full-time position
- Health insurance stipend
- Paid sick time and PTO after the probationary period
