Pinnacle Roofing & Construction Co. is growing, and we’re looking for gutter installers, helpers and an experienced Gutter Foreman to lead our installation crew. Position Overview
The Gutter Foreman is responsible for overseeing residential gutter installations, managing crew members, ensuring quality control, and maintaining job site safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise gutter installation crew (2–4 team members)
- Install seamless aluminum gutter systems, downspouts, and accessories
- Read work orders and ensure accurate layout and measurements
- Maintain high quality and efficiency standards
- Communicate with homeowners professionally on-site
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness
- Manage materials and equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of gutter installation experience
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Ability to run a seamless gutter machine
- Strong understanding of pitch, drainage, and water management
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
