As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in our mission to transform jobs into missions. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team, providing 1:1 autism services to children in their homes, schools, or community settings.
Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide 1:1 autism services to children in their homes, schools, or community settings
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emulate Amaze ABA's values of compassion, respect, and integrity

Requirements:
1 year of experience in a related field (e.g. education, psychology, behavioral health)
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
