Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Security Officer to join our security team, providing vigilant and professional protection across designated premises. Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and access points to ensure operational integrity.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
- Verify the identity of visitors and enforce access control policies.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures consistently across all areas.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement security protocols.
- Assist in training new security personnel on safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security services or related fields preferred; prior on-site security experience is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
