What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing high-quality physical therapy treatments under the direction of a PT
Helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence
Encouraging, motivating, and celebrating progress (big and small!)
Documenting care accurately and efficiently using Net Health
Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing (state-specific)
SNF/LTC experience is a plus—but not required
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Someone who brings enthusiasm and compassion to every shift
