Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Serve as the dealership’s representative in all activities connected with the sales of new and used vehicles and related products and services

Ensure an extraordinary client experience while building relationships and contributing to dealership sales targets

Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts, and emails promptly

Make outbound phone calls, texts, and follow up on internet leads to meet activity goals set by management

Assist in ensuring manufacturer/supplier programs, warranties, and related requirements are followed and that required records are maintained

Use and maintain accurate records, files, forms, and Dealer Management Systems
Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:

1–5 years automotive sales experience

Availability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Valid driver’s license
-
Clean driving record (or minimal violations) and ability to pass a background check
