Summary – The Part-Time Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to online retail clients, primarily supporting customers purchasing through E-Commerce. This role ensures timely and professional resolution of customer inquiries, order issues, product questions, and service concerns while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.
This position also performs clerical and administrative duties to support the E-Commerce and Operations teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries from Costco.com and Amazon platforms via email, portal systems, and phone (as applicable)

Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, damaged product claims, returns, and refund requests

Research order details within internal systems and coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams

Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers to ensure positive resolution

Daily sales order entry

Monitor customer feedback and marketplace ratings; escalate concerns as needed

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records

Support other administrative projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required and 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred (E-Commerce or retail support experience strongly preferred)

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites software.
