As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our doctors, ensuring efficient patient flow, and helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control protocols
- Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans as needed
- Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
- Help maintain an efficient schedule while providing excellent patient care
- Communicate effectively with both the clinical and administrative teams
- Assist with same-day treatment and schedule adjustments as needed

- Excellent communication skills with both patients and coworkers
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to same-day schedule changes and changing priorities
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Open to working part-time, with flexibility to help when needed
- RDA or DA experience preferred (depending on state requirements)
