Heartland Print Co. is a custom print shop in Wagoner, Oklahoma, creating apparel, signage, and promotional products for local businesses, schools, teams, and organizations. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Operator to help us bring custom orders to life across screen printing, DTF, engraving, and embroidery.
This is a great fit if you like working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and want to learn a versatile set of production skills. No prior experience required – we provide training.

30–32 hours per week, 4-5 days per week

$12–$14 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Run screen printing and DTF presses–setting up screens, inks, and films and printing designs onto garments to spec.
- Operate the engraving machine to personalize items like drinkware, signage, awards, and promotional products.
- Operate the embroidery machine–hooping garments, loading designs, and managing thread changes for clean stitch-outs.
- Check every job against the work order for design, placement, color, size, and quantity.
- Inspect, trim, and package finished orders for pickup or shipping.
- Keep equipment clean and well-maintained and the workspace organized and production-ready.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of doing quality work.
- Able to read and follow work orders and basic artwork files.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Prior screen printing, DTF, engraving, or embroidery experience is a plus–but not required. We’ll train the right person.
