No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member
- Work directly with customers through in-person interactions in assigned territories
- Introduce fiber internet services, available plans, promotions, and connectivity solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, installation, and account options in a clear and professional way
- Help customers choose services that best fit their household or business needs
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, service activations, and account updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Build positive customer relationships while delivering outstanding customer service
- Contribute to daily sales
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a sales-focused environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Organized with basic computer and technology skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, warehouse, or sales is helpful but not required
