Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker with a proven track record in the industry. This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must bring at least 5 years of hands-on construction experience with reputable companies. The right candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to projects ranging from residential remodels to commercial build-outs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, roofing, and finishing.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project instructions.
- Work alongside supervisors and team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years construction experience (required).
- Previous experience with established construction companies (required).
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
