REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver's License + Good driving record- NO Suspensions within last 5 years (This position requires driving a company vehicle)
- Can work FULL TIME, Monday to Friday (Hours are 6:30am-3pm)
- Ability to stand, walk, bench, reach and move for duration of shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking out trash and dusting surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock
- Washing windows and doors
- Watering plants, mowing lawn, cleaning entrances, power-washing
- Washing cars and trucks
- Shoveling snow from the sidewalk, lifting heavy items, moving chairs
- Applying rock-salt to sidewalks and facilities grounds
- Running errands to pick up parts and documents with company pick-up truck
- Mowing and Weed-wacking multiple facilities
- Cleaning out Storage Units on a as-needed basis
- Painting outside and inside surfaces
- Making building repairs as found needed
- Folding company apparel
- Organizing
