A community-based supportive housing organization in New York City is seeking a Program Director for a role overseeing scattered-site housing services in the Bronx. This position provides operational leadership, staff supervision, and compliance oversight for a high-need program serving residents across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for a scattered-site supportive housing program across multiple Bronx locations

Lead and support a team of case managers, social workers, and support staff

Monitor program compliance, documentation, reporting, and audit readiness

Manage staffing coverage, incident reporting, vendor coordination, and budget awareness

Serve as the main point of contact for internal leadership, community partners, and external agencies
Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working with underserved urban populations in Homeless Services, Supportive Housing, Behavioral Health, or Substance Use settings

Master's degree in Social Work

Strong understanding of Housing-first models and Trauma-informed Care

Experience with Compliance-heavy, Community-based programs

Experience managing teams, addressing performance issues, and driving program outcomes
Desired Skills:

LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, and/or CASAC credential

Experience with NYC shelter or housing systems

Experience supporting residents with complex behavioral health or substance use needs
