We are seeking a full-time assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of Polar King refrigerated trailer division and American Hydroformers. The ideal candidate will be a hard – working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the dealers for refrigerated trailers and get them the answers that they need to their inquiries.
- Support sales staff to assist in communications, deliveries, orders, etc.
- Work with managers for both companies and help them organize the company and its information appropriately.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Maintain trusting relationships with dealers and colleagues.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Salesforce knowledge (we will provide our own training as well)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
