Job Summary
The primary responsibilities of this role are to identify new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships with companies that operate in various market segments of the Entertainment Industry associated with music, film, television, live events, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Solicit referrals from existing clients, professional contacts, and other industry resources. Represent Flagstar at industry forums and conferences. Translate insights related to industry trends and competition into actionable strategies.
Deal Origination:
Credit Collaboration:
Partner closely with underwriting/portfolio teams on diligence, assessment, modeling, valuation, timelines, and internal approvals to drive loan growth.
Negotiation:
Cross-Sell:
Collaborate with Flagstar’s product / support partners including syndications, treasury management, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, etc., to provide integrated solutions and drive revenue expansion.
Subject Matter Expertise:
