Will need to be an organized individual that is capable of handling many tasks at the same time, very organized and a team player. Must maintain a professional appearance and a high service standard at all times.
Set breakfast and hospitality layout to meet hotel requirements.
Greet guest and periodically check with guest for any additional service that may be needed.
Replenish bar and bus tables.
Setup and restock beverages, etc. for meeting room when in use.
Make sure kitchen cleanliness is maintained.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and sanitation.
Ensure proper storage of all unused food.
Keep proper inventory of food and supplies
Follow and maintain dishwasher procedures, maintain proper water temperature.
Floors must be kept swept and mopped, garbage cans must be emptied.
