Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Pay Range: $20.00 Per hour on W2
Shift Time: M-F, 6:00 am-2:30 pm
Job Description
Safety Sensitive role. Role will be shadowing and working alongside current MT. Mechanically inclined with previous machine knowledge. Must be able to stand for long periods with bending and working in a factory setting.
Need someone with prior manufacturing experience and HVAC systems experience is preferred.
Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance measures for the entire facility, maintain and repair all shop equipment and CNC machines. Responsibilities will include handling shop waste, inventory and assisting shop personnel when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Repair or replace defective equipment using hand and power tools, and reassemble equipment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on required equipment and schedules for audit purposes
- Inspect and maintain lifting equipment used throughout the shop in alignment with EH&S
- Inspect and maintain motors, belts, bearings, wear surfaces, fluid levels and the various parts of equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems with ability to determine appropriate solution
- Assemble, install and repair electrical, pneumatic hydraulic systems as well as machinery and equipment
- Record maintenance work orders of all performed maintenance
- Work with facilities and manufacturing team for priority needs as requested to ensure smooth shop operations
Must Haves:
- Prior manufacturing experience with strong mechanical aptitude and machine knowledge.
- Maintenance experience, including CNC machines, shop equipment, and preventative maintenance.
- Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting with experience in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Blueprint/diagram and tool skills, including hand/power tools, testing equipment, and ladder/pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
- Physical & schedule requirements: 1st shift M–F, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; stand most of the day, bend/work in a factory setting, and lift 25 lbs. HVAC experience preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
