We are a maternal health company serving pregnant and postpartum women enrolled in Medi-Cal. Our services include care coordination, maternal mental health support, lactation support, community health worker services, and education designed to improve outcomes for moms and babies.
We are seeking a results-oriented marketer to help us recruit and enroll eligible pregnant and postpartum women in California. Initial 30-day engagement. Potential for extension based on results.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for developing and optimizing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and support enrollment growth.
Please include:
Relevant healthcare or Medicaid marketing experience
Examples of campaigns you have managed
Results achieved (cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates)
Platforms and tools you have used especially AI platforms
Responsibilities
Create and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
Develop and optimize Google Search campaigns as appropriate
Create audience targeting strategies for pregnant and postpartum populations
Build and optimize landing pages and lead capture funnels
Test messaging, creative, and offers
Identify and Use AI marketing platforms for best performing ad campaigns
Track campaign performance from lead generation through enrollment
Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations
Collaborate with our enrollment and care team to improve conversion rates
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years managing paid digital advertising campaigns
Experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience generating leads for healthcare, Medicaid, public health, women's health, or community-based programs
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
Ability to work independently and recommend strategy
Preferred:
Experience recruiting Medicaid members
Experience with maternal health, women's health, WIC, health plans, community health, or behavioral health programs
Experience building landing pages and lead funnels
Experience working with HIPAA-conscious marketing practices
Experience using AI platform for ads and marketing campaigns
Success Metrics
Success will be measured by:
Qualified leads generated
Eligible moms identified
Cost per qualified lead
Cost per enrollment
Total enrollments achieved
Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
Experience:
- recruiting Medicaid members: 3 years (Preferred)
- building landing pages and lead funnels: 3 years (Required)
- managing paid digital advertising campaigns: 3 years (Required)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics: 3 years (Required)
- generating leads for medicaid programs: 1 year (Preferred)
- creating ads targeted towards mothers: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Remote
