1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and articulate a forward-looking digital strategy that aligns with our business goals and encompasses various digital channels, including social media, web, email, and more
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and trends to enhance our digital presence
2. Digital Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
3. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement
4. Digital Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key digital metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
- Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
5. Website and Content Management:
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our digital properties, including websites and landing pages
- Ensure that digital content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging
6. SEO and SEM Strategy:
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and best practices
7. Digital Partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and publishers to amplify our brand reach and engage target audiences
8. Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign impact and ROI
9. Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide updates on digital initiatives, performance, and future plans
Salary Range
$140,000 – $160,000
