Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals, performance metrics, and customer service expectations.
- Assist customers with wireless plans, devices, accessories, and product recommendations based on their needs.
- Deliver a positive, solution-focused customer experience aligned with Metro by T-Mobile standards.
- Educate customers on current promotions, pricing, and service options.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow the customer base.
- Perform additional sales and store support duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in wireless, electronics, or retail environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile technology, and wireless services preferred.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
