About the Role
Victory Private School is seeking an Elementary Learning Guide & Classroom Facilitator to support instruction in a small, multi-age elementary classroom. We specialize in neurodivergent learners with ADHD and dyslexia. This role works closely with a Lead Teacher to implement provided lesson plans, support small-group instruction, and help maintain a structured, engaging learning environment.
This is not a lead teacher position. Curriculum, lesson planning, and assessments are provided by the Lead Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Implement provided lesson plans and daily learning routines
- Lead small-group instruction in reading, math, and enrichment
- Support independent learning activities (centers, literacy stations, math tubs, journaling)
- Assist with classroom management and student engagement
- Support a multi-age classroom (elementary students)
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to Lead Teacher
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with children in educational, tutoring, childcare, or similar settings
- Ability to lead and supervise small groups of students
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to follow structured lesson plans and routines
Preferred:
- Experience in elementary education (K–5)
- Experience in tutoring, enrichment programs, Montessori, microschool, or homeschool settings
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
