TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
Boscov’s Distribution Center is looking for a Transportation Coordinator to manage inbound freight. You’ll track inbound shipments, provide status updates, and review transportation documents for accuracy and compliance while serving as a key contact for vendors, buyers, and carriers. This role involves heavy data entry and vendor communication in our Transportation Management System (TMS). This role includes additional responsibilities as required during periods of high volume and staffing.
Job Responsibilities:

Track and coordinate inbound domestic shipments, supporting vendors, buyers, and carriers

Advise carriers and vendors on updating Boscov’s TMS

Operate and maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS)

Review shipping documents for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Proficiency in Access, Excel, Word

Experience with invoice / expense processing
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Transportation and TMS (Transportation Management System) experience preferred
