Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2025, will become our sixth resort property. A Valet Services Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in an efficient and timely manner while demonstrating a friendly, inviting, and professional demeanor.

Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external guests.
- Greets all patrons and responds to their questions in a positive and friendly manner.

Required to possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record that meets our insurance carrier’s requirements.

Thorough knowledge of driving and roadway laws and regulations.

Responsible for the safe parking and retrieval of all types of vehicles in a timely manner.
- Ensure all vehicles are checked for damage, ticketed, locked, and keys returned to Valet Booth.
- Maintain security of vehicle keys in an orderly manner and log them appropriately in the valet retrieval system.

Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas.
- Count and record tips received.

Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.

Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
- Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.

Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.

Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements established by the company’s insurance carrier.
