Job Summary
We are seeking 3 dedicated and experienced individuals to join our kitchen as a breakfast cook. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, excellent service skills, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the food industry while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The hours for this position are 5:30a.m.-2:00pm
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
- Follow all food safety regulations and health codes diligently
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices in the restaurant or food industry
- Ability to serve customers with professionalism and friendliness
- Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of food industry standards, including hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles
