Lemon Law Firm seeks a Case Intake Specialist for our Intake Department.
Candidate must be highly motivated, results driven and have ability to build strong rapport with potential clients. Intake Specialist will work directly with attorneys to determine the viability of potential cases, communicate with potential clients via phone and email to gather initial information, answer phones, email clients, make evidence folders and prepare summaries, keep track of potential cases, schedule follow ups.
